My Review

I'm happy I splurged on this book because I didn't know if it was too late to read one of her older books. I don't know if there is a Colleen Hoover book that I have not fallen in love with. I got nervous diving in head first, having no idea what to expect, but like always her plot sparkled and intrigued.

I loved all the twists and turns and crazy fates that played out. The beautiful background story with her best friend was an unexpected smile. I love this author because she pays such great attention to even the smallest details. I think I fell in love just as much with the support characters as I did with the main ones. The snowmen and the lung escapade was just an instant that made it such a down to earth, engaging plot. It was hard not to fall in love with the entire family. I gave this five out of five stars. I've already finished three other books since finishing this one, but I can't get Slammed out of my head. It's a book that sticks with you and gives you a serious book hangover.
